Professor Dr Fatih Osman Kurtuluş began his medical education at one of Turkey’s long-established universities, embarking on his specialisation in urology. From the early stages of his academic career, he focused on developing his surgical skills and played an active role in national and international conferences.
Every Patient Matters, Every Treatment Matters.
The HoLEP and ThuLEP techniques we use in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia are the most modern and reliable laser surgery methods available today. These two methods allow for the complete removal of prostate tissue while offering the patient the most comfortable surgical experience possible.

Kidney cancer is a disease that can be completely cured when detected at an early stage. At our clinic, our priority in treating kidney tumours is not only to eliminate the cancer but also to preserve kidney function to the highest possible degree.

In the treatment of prostate cancer, we aim to completely remove the cancerous tissue using robotic and laparoscopic surgical techniques, while preserving your urinary control and sexual function through nerve-sparing techniques.

Bladder cancer is a disease that manifests itself through blood in the urine and can be successfully treated when addressed early. At our clinic, we employ the most up-to-date surgical techniques, ranging from endoscopic (minimally invasive) methods to artificial bladder construction, depending on the stage of the disease.

In the treatment of prostate cancer, we aim to completely remove the cancerous tissue using robotic and laparoscopic surgical techniques, while preserving your urinary control and sexual function through nerve-sparing techniques.

We permanently treat benign prostatic hyperplasia using HoLEP and ThuLEP laser technologies, which eliminate the need for open surgery, without making any incisions in the body and preserving sexual function.

Kidney stones, which turn life into a nightmare with severe flank pain, are now treated with modern methods that do not require open surgery and do not damage the integrity of the body. At our clinic, we determine the most suitable ‘minimally invasive’ method for each individual based on the size and location of the stone.
Professor Dr Fatih Osman Kurtuluş combines the most advanced surgical technologies offered by modern medicine with his academic experience in the treatment of urological cancers and prostate diseases.
Surgical precision is of vital importance in cancer treatment. Prof. Dr. Kurtuluş successfully applies open surgery as well as robotic surgery and laparoscopic surgery methods in the treatment of kidney, prostate, bladder and testicular cancers.
The most effective methods currently available for treating benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), namely HoLEP (Holmium Laser) and ThuLEP (Thulium Laser) techniques, are routinely performed by Dr. Kurtuluş.
Accurate and precise diagnosis of urological diseases ensures the most effective treatment plan is developed. This meticulous approach not only treats the current condition but also helps maintain long-term kidney and prostate health and prevents serious complications that may arise in the future.
At our clinic, we approach these acute conditions on a 24/7 basis, aiming not only to relieve pain but also to quickly eliminate the source of the problem.
As Prof. Dr. Fatih Osman Kurtuluş, we take pride in having touched the lives of thousands of patients through robotic surgery, HoLEP and stone treatments.
Professor Dr Fatih Osman Kurtuluş is an expert in urological surgery, prostate diseases, kidney stones, kidney tumours, bladder diseases, endoscopic surgery, laparoscopic and robotic surgery.
Depending on the patient's condition, medication, endoscopic treatments, laser surgery (HoLEP – ThuLEP) and, when necessary, minimally invasive methods are preferred.
Both methods involve the removal of prostate tissue using a laser.
HoLEP uses a holmium laser and is particularly effective for enlarged prostates.
ThuLEP uses a thulium laser and may offer the advantages of more stable cutting and less bleeding.
The appropriate method is determined based on the patient's clinical condition.
Laser-assisted HoLEP and ThuLEP procedures are generally minimally invasive procedures that involve less pain compared to open surgery. Most patients can return to their normal lives within a short period of time.
Risks may vary with each surgical procedure. The minimally invasive laser techniques used may be more protective compared to traditional methods. To assess this, the patient's current medical condition must be analysed.
Mr Fatih is an excellent doctor. I have never met or seen a doctor better than him, no matter how many doctors I have visited. I had stones in my bladder and he performed my surgery. Mr Fatih and his team are excellent. He came to see me day and night, asking how I was and if I was feeling well. I have never seen such service in other hospitals. I am very satisfied with the service I received from him.
